Hear hear! My mind started to go wonky in a pretty serious way at age 14, and I have spent a good portion of my life studying and wrestling with the whole weirdness that is “mental health.” It’s a complicated topic and field. Throughout my years of personal and professional experience, I always come back to the same core feeling/advice for people who suffer (a lot) inside themselves:
Keep trying, keep learning, don’t give up. It’s a creative process if you let it be, and you are the only one who can determine how you move through the world.
